A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before any returns will be accepted. Please notify us by phone or e-mail to request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.. Unopened packaging in working condition may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. The returned item restocking fees are necessary to cover the time required for product inspection and the cost of repackaging the product for future shipment. We establish the restocking fee upon receipt of your return. The fee will cover only the actual labor and repackaging costs, but will not exceed 20%. Again, if you plan to return a product, please notify us by phone or e-mail to request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.
In the event that your item is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please contact Northwest AED for directions on how to proceed. All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt. In the unlikely event we have shipped an incorrect product, please notify us and we will issue a call tag for the incorrect product and ship a replacement at once.
